10-Weeks Out  Winter Indoor-Season Maintenance Training

After the great success we had with our ’10-Weeks Out’ Fall  Post-Season Maintenance training programs, we have now developed our ’10-Weeks Out’  Winter Indoor-Season Maintenance program.   Running for 10 weeks, from mid-January until mid-March, our Winter Maintenance program is the perfect way to ensure you don’t lose your fitness levels once during the winter months. Our training is periodized to ensure optimal development of aerobic endurance and strength, and through assessments, we customize the intensity of the workout to fit each participant.   We are running 4 different ’10-Weeks Out’ Winter Maintenance Training programs, all starting in January:

1.     Monday Evenings, 5-6pm, 6-7pm, starts Monday, January 18th

2.     Wednesday Evenings, 5-6pm, 6-7pm, starts Wednesday, January 20th

3.     Friday Evenings, 5-6pm, 6-7pm, starts Friday, January 22nd

4.     Saturday Afternoons, 1-2pm,  2-3pm, starts Saturday, January 16th

Winter Power Running Series

Just in time for the end of the Holiday Season, the Soccer Fitness Winter Power Running Series start in January, 2016!  Now entering its 10th year of operation, our Power Running Series provides truly soccer-specific speed, power, agility, endurance and strength training to both individuals and teams. Training will take place at the newly renovated Trio Sportsplex, on state-of-the-art, 40m x 20m, 4th Generation Field Turf Fields.

We are running two Power Running Series starting in January:

1.     Thursday Evenings, 8:00-9:00pm, starts Thursday, January 21st    

2.     Sunday Mornings, 11:00am-12:00pm, starts Sunday, January 17th

 Soccer Fitness Trainer’s Course Space Still Available

Held for the first time ever in January 2016, the Soccer Fitness Trainer’s Course is a one-of-a-kind coach education course, aimed at fitness professionals and/or soccer coaches looking to increase their knowledge and practical skills in the design and implementation of soccer-specific on-field fitness training.

The first edition of our Course will be taking place January 8th, 9th, and 10th, at Trio Sportsplex, located at 601 Cityview Blvd. in Vaughan.

Registration Rates for the Course are:

–       Individual Registration: $350 plus tax

–       Group of 2: $300 plus tax per person

–       Group of 5: $250 plus tax per person
