The 100th Member of the Soccer Fitness 20 MPH Club, Brendan successfully completed 2 separate, 4-second running bouts, at a top speed of exactly 20 miles per hour, on Friday, July 27, 2012. A Triple-A Hockey player from Vaughan, Brendan joins an exclusive group of hockey players who have completed the first level of our SF Hockey Training protocols, which have proven that the same training methods (high speed/high incline treadmill running) that have helped so many soccer players improve their fitness, are equally as effective with elite level hockey players.
