Top Speed: 20 MPH

 

 

The 36th – and FIRST EVER SOCCER FITNESS STAFF MEMBER – to join the Soccer Fitness 20 MPH Club, Adam successfully completed 2 separate, 4-second running bouts at a speed of exactly 20 miles per hour on Friday, August 12, 2011.  A second-year student in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University, Adam has been a Trainer at the Soccer Fitness Training Centre since we opened in January, and recently started our Level 1 Soccer Treadmill program this summer.  We would like to congratulate Adam on his accomplishment, and are looking forward to working with him in the future.
