Top Speed: 20 MPH

 

 

The 128th Member of the Soccer Fitness 20 MPH Club, Jonathan successfully completed 2 separate, 4-second running bouts, at a top speed of exactly 20 miles per hour, on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013.  A competitive soccer player for the past 15 years, Jonathan has been training with Soccer Fitness for 3 months, and has seen his speed and high intensity running ability improve steadily throughout that time.  We would like to congratulate Jonathan on his accomplishments, and are looking forward to continuing to help him improve his fitness and running ability.
