The 85th Member of the Soccer Fitness 20 MPH Club, Matthew successfully completed 2 separate, 4-second running bouts, at a top speed of exactly 20 miles per hour, on Saturday, April 21st, 2012.  A football player in the Vaughan Football League, and for the Villanova Wildcats high school Junior Varsity team, Matthew has been training with Soccer Fitness since February of 2011.  Matthew is the first football player to train at the Soccer Fitness Training Centre, and has seen first-hand how effective our training is at improving speed and athletic ability in all athletes.  He has ambitions of playing football at the university level when he is older.  Congratulations Matthew, and we are looking forward to continues success throughout your athletic career.
